Thermal efficiency improvement project in Springboig. Metal sheets stripped, internal and external insulation fitted. New pebbledashing system installed.

Quick makeover. New insulated render system installed to all elevations and base.

Retaining wall in very poor condition. This project required huge amount of preparation work. The use of reinforcement system and new insulated render gave this wall new life.

Garden wall, required new coping and render inside and out. Slate coping installed and pointed. Pebbledashing and smooth render completed by using Alumasc insulated render.

External wall insulation fitted on small extension, roughcasted using cream dash and harvest chips. Base also rendered in cream colour.

Another project to improve thermal efficiency of the building to meet new regulations. Old insulation stripped and new, more efficient boards fitted. All elevations roughcasted using Krend insulated render in cream color.

This property needed some tlc. We have roughcasted all elevations, giving it new and fresh look.
